Why just live when you can Thrive?
I’m a therapist with nine years of experience helping adults and older teens navigate life’s most demanding and defining seasons. I work with mood disorders, anxiety, grief, trauma, and major life transitions—but I have a particular passion for supporting high-achieving women who look like they have it all together on the outside while carrying a lot on the inside.
Many of my clients are the capable ones. The responsible ones. The ones others rely on. They’re successful, driven, thoughtful—and often exhausted. Whether you’re managing a career, motherhood, relationships, or all three, therapy can be a space where you don’t have to perform, hold it all together, or be the strong one.
I have additional training in perinatal mental health and EMDR, which allows us to address both present stressors and deeper patterns that may be fueling perfectionism, burnout, or self-doubt. My approach is casual, collaborative, and deeply individualized. Therapy with me feels like a real conversation with direction—grounded in an eclectic mix of evidence-based practices and guided by your goals.
I especially love working with women, moms, and fellow therapists. All sessions are offered via telehealth, creating a flexible space for meaningful work that fits into your real life.
